Sehr hilfsbereit und vertrauenswürdig
Leider sehr unfreundliches Personal. Die Mitarbeiter behandeln einen leider nicht als Mensch sondern als Massenware. Schade, hab die letzten Jahre immer da die Ski ausgeliehen, jedoch nach einer sehr konfliktreichen Situation mit einem Mitarbeitenden, werde ich es mir in der Zukunft zweimal überlegen.
Booked our skies in advance. Rental was smooth. There were lots of people there, but waiting time to get and return skies were below 10 min. Skies were well-maintained and rental skies get an extra service every day for free. Parking is a nightmare. However, this is not a failure of the ski rental. Arriving by 10.00 at the latest at the Klante parking area is recommended and during the weekend even earlier. If you are lucky you get a spot along the street which is 5 Eur per day ticket. At Klante itself it is 8 Eur.
